Abstract:

PURPOSE: To relax the restriction on the analysis of HLA antigen allotype and the application of DNA typing by separating a novel DNA among class I DNA of HLA-B antigen.

CONSTITUTION: Two kinds of novel DNA among type I DNA of HLA(human leucocyto antigen)-B antigen have been successfully separated. One of the DNA is HAL-B51 DNA containing an exon expressed by the base sequence of formula and the other one is HLA-BW52 DNA. A novel DNA probe and a novel transformer cell can be prepared by the use of the DNA.
