Abstract:
To provide HLA-DR CAR-T compositions and methods of making thereof and use methods thereof.SOLUTION: Provided is a T cell comprising a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) where the CAR comprises a HLA-DR antigen binding domain, and the T cell is autologous to a subject, the HLA-DR antigen binding domain binds to T cells derived from the subject with a low affinity. Also provided are a pharmaceutical composition comprising the T cell, a method for treating cancer comprising a step of administering a composition that comprises or delivers the T cell to a subject, and a method for generating a modified autologous T cell.SELECTED DRAWING: None
