Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a good efficient reduction gear with a less noise of its rotation, by covering the outside of the parallel shaft reduction gear with a rotary sheave fixed to a shaft that makes an interlocking motion to rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION:A parallel shaft reduction gear comprises planetary gears 11 having an eccentric engagement (e) to a motor shaft 10 at the side of high speed, sun internal gear pins 12 at the side of low speed and a shaft 13 at the fixed side. Then a hoist device for the elevator that utilizes said parallel shaft reduction gear consists of a motor 14 at the high speed side, planetary gear mechanism 17 mounted to said motor shaft, pin 19 provided in a sun internal gear 18 of a sun internal gear mechanism at the low speed side contacted to the planetary gear 17, and a sheave 20 driven by the pin 19, and this speed reducer is covered by the sheave 20 to impart the effect of a sound-proof cover.
