Abstract:
To provide a hoist for elevator capable of exhausting heat without damaging waterproof property of a brake part.
This hoist for elevator is arranged on a pit 11 on a lower part of a hoistway 12. The brake part 2 is provided with a brake cover 7, and a waterproof hose 10 is attached onto the brake cover 7 so that the heat is exhausted. The waterproof hose 10 is arranged on a wall surface of the hoistway 12, and an end part of the waterproof hose 10 on an opening side is arranged at least above the ground surface.
