To provide a hoist of a unit mast easy to be attached/detached to/from a unit mast, capable of efficiently performing the hoisting work, and capable of reducing danger in the high lift work.

A body 2 of a hoist 1 is connected to a connection plate 46 of a unit mast 43 through a joining member 3 connected to the body 2 by ropes 17 and 18. The body 2 includes: a pair of square cylindrical connection parts 4 for receiving the connection plate 46; and a connecting rod 5 for connecting them to each other. The connection part 4 includes through holes corresponding to bolt holes of the connection plate 46. The connecting rod 5 includes a hoist ring 7, on which a hook of the hoist is hooked. The joining member 3 includes: a joining pin 8 passing through the through hole; and a fall-stopper ring 9 fitted on a projecting part of the joining pin 8. The joining pin 8 includes: a conical part; and an engagement groove. The fall-stopper ring 9 includes: a ring body; and a plunger projecting toward the inner peripheral side in the tip part thereof and energized to be engaged with the engagement groove of the joining pin 8.
