To provide a hoisting attachment for a concrete block which can be locked onto the concrete block and release the locking by simple operation.
The hoisting attachment 1 of a drop lid type U-shaped side groove block 21 includes a hollow shaft 2, an operating shaft 3 capable of sliding in a center hole of the hollow shaft 2 and projecting out from both ends of the hollow shaft 2, a ring-shaped elastic body 5 disposed on an outer periphery of one projecting portion of the operating shaft 3 and clipped by one end surface of the hollow shaft 2 and a washer 4 attached on one end surface of the operating shaft 3, and a cam handle 7 having a cam surface 7a on one end side coupled to the other projecting portion of the operating shaft 3 by a coupling pin 6. If the can handle 7 is raised from the coupling pin 6, a cam surface 7a pressed on the other end surface of the hollow shaft 2. The washer 4 and the operating shaft 3 are displaced in an axial direction, so that the ring-shaped elastic body 5 is compressed in the axial direction, and its outer diameter expands in a radial direction.
