In this hoisting device of a garbage crane bucket loaded on an overhead traveling crane, hoisting a wire rope 6a connected on right and left of the garbage crane bucket 7 around separate hoisting drums 1A, 1B and ascending and descending the garbage bucket 7 with balancing right and left, driving of the separate hoisting drums 1A, 1B is performed by respectively independent driving means 2a, 2b.
