This application discloses a support frame (20) and an LED display screen system (100) including the support frame (20). An LED display screen (10) includes a plurality of splicing units (11) that are spliced to each other. The support frame (20) includes a bracket (22) and a first rod (21) extending in a first direction. The bracket (22) includes a second rod (221) and a first connection assembly (222), and one end of the second rod (221) is connected to the first rod (21) and extends in a second direction. The first connection assembly (222) includes a connection portion (222a) and a first positioning portion (222c), and the connection portion (222a) is disposed on the other end of the second rod (221) and is configured to form a detachable connection with the splicing unit (11). The connection portion (222a) has a locking position and an unlocking position, the connection portion (222a) is relatively fixed to the splicing unit (11) when being in the locking position, and the connection portion (222a) is detachable from the splicing unit (11) when being in the unlocking position, thereby facilitating assembly and disassembly of the LED display screen (10).
