To provide a holder assembling device which securely holds a lens in a short period of time.
An annular body 22 encircling the periphery of a lens 20 placed on a placement place 3 is provided with: at least three lens holding means 40 for holding the edge face of the lens 20; a plurality of bolts 45 fixing each of the lens holding means 40 to the annular body 22; and a pressing device 60 which activates all the lens holding means 40 simultaneously, thereby pressing them against the lens 20. The pressing device 60 comprises: a plurality of turning levers 62 disposed on the placement plate 3 so as to freely turn according to the respective lens holding means 40; a plurality of cam followers 63 each receiving and supporting the turning levers 62 and used for turning and erecting the turning levers 62 when the placement plate 3 is lowered; and a weight 64 for lowering the annular body 22 and placement plate 3.
