To provide a holder for a bird and beast-repelling tool having good holding characteristic of the bird and beast-repelling tool in which light-reflecting member is installed and having large repelling effect of birds and beasts, and an apparatus for repelling birds and beasts.
The holder for the bird and beast-repelling tool has a frame part equipped with a means fixed to other member and an intermediate part having the lower end fixed to the frame part and extending to the upper direction, and in the holder, a rod-like elastomer in which the top part is deflected when load is applied to the top is attached to the top of the intermediate part and an attaching part of birds and beasts-repelling tool is formed at the top of the rod-like elastomer. The apparatus for repelling bird and beasts is obtained by using the holder.
