To provide a holder for carrying an electronic device, which surely and stably holds and protects an electronic device by bringing the back surface and the peripheral wall portion of the electronic device into close contact with the holder made of an impact resistant material and which is conveniently carried and has excellent operability.

The holder body 1 of the holder is integrally configured of the impact resistant material and is configured to have a back plate 2 which is nearly equal to the back shape of the electronic device to be housed and a peripheral wall 3 which is installed upright on the four sides of the back plate and with nearly the same height as the thickness of the electronic device. The holder is characterized in that in a recess formed by the configuration, the back face of the electronic device 5 is housed in close contact with the recess and the side faces of the electronic device 5 is supported in close contact therewith in the four side directions and that to a pair of oppositely facing side faces, a fastening fixture 4 for stabilizing housing of the electronic device 5 is attached in a freely retractable manner sideways.
