To provide a holder which is easily manufactured with a simple structure, and surely hold a broad and heavy sheet body only by a simple operation of insertion.

The holder comprises: a holder body 2 having an insert part 22 for inserting an edge of the sheet body 3; and an insert space 21 for inserting the edge of the sheet body 3, the space being formed in a slope so that the space between a wall continued to the insert part 22 and a wall surface 24 opposed thereto is narrowed toward the insert part 22; and a movable body 5 which is freely inserted to and disposed in the insert space 21 of the holder body 2 to nip the edge of the sheet body 3 inserted through the insert part 22 with the holding part 23. The holder body 2 is formed of a lengthy material having a proper length in which the insert part 22 and the insert space 21 continued thereto are formed over the longitudinal direction, and the movable body 5 is formed by a rotator chain formed by connecting a plurality of rotators 51 at predetermined intervals.
