To provide a holder which can detachably and attachably hold a taking out tool to take out content food or the like of a container such as a spoon or the like and is detachably and attachably attached on the back side of a container lid and detached from the container lid and attached on the backside of the other container lid when the contents in the container are used up.

The taking out tool to take out the contents of the container is held on the holding tool detachably and attachably and a suction cup is fixed on the holding tool so that the holder can be attached on the back side of the container lid with the suction cup attachably and detachably. Also the taking out tool can be folded up and be expanded and contracted and can be attached on the holding tool in a shortened state. Further, a pin with a big head is provided on the holding tool and a slit, one end of which has a large diameter part, is formed on the taking out tool and after the large diameter part of the slit of the taking out tool is inserted on the pin of the holder, the taking out tool is fixed on the holder by sliding.
