A motor comprises a rotor, having a commutator on a rotating shaft, a motor case accommodating the rotor to rotate and allowing formation of a hole at a position corresponding to the commutator, a holder unit fixed to the part where the hole of the motor case is formed, a brush holding part 5d formed almost into a cylindrical shape to the holder unit, a power-feeding brush 12 supported with the brush holding part 5d to move in the direction to be in contact and noncontact with the commutator and a torsion spring provided to the holder unit to energize the brush 12 in the direction to be in contact with the commutator. The brush support part 5d of the holder unit is provided with an engaging part 5f, that is engaged with a pig-tail 13 fixed to the brush 12 to hold the brush 12.
