To provide a holder which enables the mounting or removing of a device such as scale measure simply and accurately.
This holder for detachably holding a device is provided with the body of the holder having an elastic tongue piece and an attachment which is integrally linked to the device and has a protruded part engaged with the elastic tongue piece of the body of the holder for fastening the device firmly on the body of the holder. Each of the elastic tongue and the protruded part is provided with an inclined part and the inclined parts are so arranged as to butt each other with the device fastened onto the body of the holder and to be separated from each other by a slide therebetween for releasing the engagement of the body of the holder and the attachment.
