To provide a holder to receive a screw having a shaft and a head, facilitate manufacture, firmly hold a screw, and enable easy insertion and removal of the screw.

A holder 1 for a screw 17 having a slender shaft 18 and a head 19 has a receiving region 2 having a holding part 3 to receive the shaft 18. The holding part 3 is situated such that the shaft 18 is inserted in a direction in which the holding part crosses the longitudinal axis of the shaft 18. A holding region 4 and a support region 5 receive the head 19 therebetween. The holding region 4 fixes the screw 17 in a direction in which it crosses the longitudinal axis of the shaft 18, and the support region 5 supports the screw along the axial direction of the shaft 18. A guide 13 having elasticity is joined at the holding part 3. The guide 13 approaches in a manner that a distance therebetween is decreased to a value shorter than the diameter of the shaft 18. The shaft 18 is formed having elasticity such that the shaft 18 passes through the guide 13 and enters into the receiving region 2.
