Vicinities of edges of the pocket members 24 on the opening edge sides of welding parts 26 and 126 sites are not heat-welded on the surface of the cover 12 and are opened, and they are formed so as to widely extend and open with the opening part 60 of the pocket 14 when the article X is put into the pocket 14 from the opening part 60.
