To easily enable dental appliances to be fitted and held in a predetermined position and posture.
A first arm 20 is connected with a base 10 so as to pivotably move around a turning axis horizontal to the base and rotate in the rotational direction thereof, and a second arm 50 is connected with the tip of the first arm 20 so as to freely pivotably move and rotate in the rotational direction thereof. A holder 70 holds a longitudinal dental appliance in a way that the dental appliance pivotably rotates around a turning axis approximately orthogonal to the axial direction of the second arm 50 and rotates in the rotational direction thereof. The first arm 20 is connected to the base 10 with a ball joint 22 and the first arm 20 is connected to the second arm 50 with a ball joint 52. The pivotal movement and rotation of the first arm 20 and second arm, and the pivotal movement and rotation of the dental appliance relative to the holder 70 are collectively allowed/prevented by a mechanism for collective control.
