PURPOSE: To make it possible to hold a member in an underground hole to pull out.
CONSTITUTION: A tube 2 is fitted backward of the circumference of a cylindrical outside pipe 1 and is fixed. A rod 3 fixing a piston 9 to the rear end is fitted to the circumference of the front end of the tube 2 in a slidable manner. While, a holding opening and shutting member provided with an approximately V-shaped opening 4a narrowed backward from the front end and a slit 4b extended in the direction of the axis from the bottom of the opening 4a is fixed to the front end of the rod 3. A curved section 7a of an approximately V-shaped steel holding member 7 spread forward is fixed to arms 5 and 5 extended in parallel with the direction of the axis from the front end of the tube 2 through a fixed member 6. The rod 3 is pushed out forward of the direction of the axis, the holding member 7 is buried inside the slit 4b of the holding opening and shutting member 4 to shut.
