Abstract:
To improve test accuracy when performing a strength test on a welded part of a test piece.SOLUTION: A holding device comprises a first holder 10 that holds a first metallic piece 101, and a second holder 20 that holds a second metallic piece 102. The first and second holders 10, 20 respectively include: first and second movable parts 13, 23 respectively attached to first and second body parts 11, 21; and first and second fixing parts 12, 22 respectively attached and fixed to the metallic pieces 101, 102, and configured such that deformation of a peripheral part of a welded part 103 can be suppressed when the attached and fixed metallic pieces 101, 102 are pulled, via the first and second movable parts 13, 23, in a direction in which they separate from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
