Title:
HOLDING PLUG FOR MANUAL TIGHTENING TOOL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2002173105
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a holding plug for a manual tightening tool having a lower holding member built therein.

The lower holding member is integrally formed on an upper surface part of the lower holding member at the level above an upper top part of a tooth of the lower holding member, and has an upright or upwardly protruded lip part for forming a specific space between an upwardly protruded tooth of the lower holding member and a lower surface part of a lower end of overlapping ends of a tightening material when an upper tension wheel is retracted from the engagement position with the lower holding member. In this method, the manual tightening tool, in particular, a base part member and the lower holding member can be easily released and disengaged from the engagement position of the overlapping end of an article to be tightened, a packaging container and the tightening material. In addition, when a lip part of the lower holding member is corroded or abraded, the lower holding member can be easily disengaged and replaced by installing a friction spring in the base part member of the manual tightening tool.
