Abstract:

PURPOSE: To easily change the inclination of the holding part of a suction pad, etc., in the specified direction by making the position of the holding part of a commodity variable, and composing it so as to vary the position of the holding part by a driving means.

CONSTITUTION: A holding position variable chuck 1 is fitted in the changeable state of the inclination to a fitting jig 9 to the wrist part 21, etc., of an industrial robot arm 20. Moreover this chuck 1 is connected to a driving means 19 provided inside the movable zone of the robot arm 20 via couplings 15, 22. By the rotating driving source 23 of this driving means 19, the position of the holding part 5 of the chuck 1 is changed according to the kind and shape of a commodity 3.
