The clip 63 is held to be slidable relative to the clip mount seat 23 by introducing a neck portion 73 provided between a pair of flanges 71, 72 of the clip 63 to a mount hole 78 provided in the clip mount seat 23 through an introduction groove 80. The pair of flanges 71, 72 of the clip 63 can elastically hold the clip mount seat 23 by the elasticity of one flange 72. Guide productions 84 for centering the clip 63 by use of the elasticity of the second flange 72 are provided between butt faces of the clip mount seat 23 and the second flange 72.
