There is provided a holding structure 1 for use in holding an electric wiring member 7 at a vehicle seat, wherein the holding structure has a resin shield 2 covering a part of an outer peripheral surface of the vehicle seat. Then, the shield 2 is integrally formed with a bending part 2b formed at the end part of a shield body 2a, a cover part 2c arranged inside the shield body 2a by folding and bending the bending part 2b and engagement portions 2d, 2g for use in engaging the cover part 2c inside the shield body 2a, and the electric wiring member 7 is held between the cover part 2c and the shield body 2a.
