To provide a holding structure of a fan blade which can surly prevent a fan blade from coming off from a disk even though axially forward load acts at the rupture of a fan blade and which materializes high prediction accuracy of stress, easy design and the reduction in parts count, weight and cost by reducing weight, size and number of fastening bolts.
A disk 10 includes a plurality of dovetail grooves 12 disposed in the circumferential direction at a certain angular interval and extending along an axial direction. A fan blade 20 is provided with a dovetail part 22 which can transmit to the disk the centrifugal force when being axially fitted in the dovetail groove to be rotated. The disk is provided with a flange part 14 which is situated forward from the dovetail groove and extends radially outward, and with a ring-shaped retainer member 30 which is fitted between the front 22a of the dovetail part and the back 16a of the flange part and which transmits to the disk the axially forward load acting on the fan blade through the medium of the back of the flange part.
