To provide both a hole drilling positioning jig and a hole drilling method using the hole drilling positioning jig in order to accurately specify in a mounted main body the respective drilling positions of fixing holes corresponding to a plurality of mounting holes in a mounting part.
Each projected part provided for the surface of each base plate part 2 of a hole positioning and processing jig, is inserted into all the mounting holes 13 of a bumper guard 12, and concurrently, the back faces of all the base plate parts are bonded onto a bumper by disposing the bumper guard to the mounting position of the bumper 11. After that, when the bumper guard is separated from the bumper, since a state that all the positions of the hole drilling positioning jig are bonded to the bumper, is kept on, all the projected parts of the hole drilling positioning jig thereby come out of the respective mounting holes of the bumper guard. As a result, the respective drilling positions of the fixing holes corresponding to a plurality of the mounting holes bored in the bumper guard, can thereby be specified in the bumper by means of the respective projected parts of the hole drilling positioning jig bonded to the bumper.
