Abstract:
To provide a hollow actuator whose signal line hardly becomes obstructive when connecting an output member with a driven member, in which a radio wave noise of an external environment is difficult to enter the signal line for transmitting a signal from a rotation sensor arranged around the output member.SOLUTION: An annular output member 5 and a rolling bearing 4 are arranged at a position being closer to one side in an axial direction with respect to a hollow motor 1. A signal line 10 connected to a rotation sensor 9 for detecting rotation of the output member 5 extends onto the other side in the axial direction with respect to a motor axis 1b by passing through a hollow hole of the motor axis 1b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
