Abstract:
To provide friction welding of high working efficiency at a low cost without any exclusive tool.
A rotor blade 1 comprises a body part 2 having a skeleton member 9 with girders 6 and ribs across each other, and a first outer plate 3 to cover the body part 2. The first outer plate 3 is covered on the skeleton member 9, a rotary probe 12 is pressed thereagainst from a face side of the first outer plate 3 to perform friction stirring and joining of the first outer plate 3 with an upper end face of the skeleton member 9. Joining points 20 are studded thereon.
