Title:
HOLLOW CATHODE ARRAY LIGHT EMITTING PIPE AND MULTI-ELEMENT SIMULTANEOUS ABSORPTIOMETRIC ANALYZER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3849029
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized hollow cathode array light emitting pipe, and a multi-element simultaneous absorptiometric analyzer.
SOLUTION: In the hollow cathode array light emitting pipe equipped with a transparent container, in which a discharge gas is sealed, and the anode and cathode, both of which are arranged in the container and connected to the conductors respectively connected to external power supplies, the cathode is equipped with a plurality of with means generating resonance beams of a metal different from each other to an external power source and the means for generating the mutually different resonance beams of different metals is light emitting members having respectively different metals provided on the head part. The cathode has an opening provided so as to irradiate the light emitting element member from outside. In this multi-element simultaneous absorptiometric analyzer, a means for irradiating the light emitting element member with a laser beam through the opening in the cathode is provided and a sample is subjected to laser ablation using the same laser irradiation means to be atomized.
