Abstract:
The present invention provides an air core coil using thick wire and a method for manufacturing the same. An air core coil has wires wound thereon, each wire having a long diameter of about 0.3 mm toabout 5 mm, wherein the wires are wound in a row from the inside to the outside, the wires are fixed to each other by a thermal adhesive agent applied to the outer surface of the wires, and the volumeof the thermal adhesive agent is about 0.5% to about 10% of the volume of the wires.
