To provide a hollow fiber membrane module having a raw water supplying opening part provided to the sealing edge member thereof and capable of sufficiently spreading raw water over the whole of a hollow fiber membrane bundle by ensuring a stable raw water flow channel without being affected by the state of the raw water supplied from the opening part to perform more efficient filtering treatment, and a hollow fiber membrane module filter.
The hollow fiber membrane module includes the hollow fiber membrane bundle wherein a large number of hollow fiber membranes having opening edges are arranged so as to provide predetermined gaps and the sealing edge members provided to one end of the hollow fiber membrane bundle to seal and fix the edge parts on the side opposite to the opening end parts of the hollow fiber membranes. The opening part for supplying the raw water to the central part of the hollow fiber membrane bundle is provided to the central part of the sealing edge member and a flow channel element having the cylindrical shape corresponding to the opening part, capable of keeping the shape of the hollow fiber membrane bundle and having raw water freely entering and exiting flow holes provided to the side peripheral surface thereof is provided to the raw water flow channel space continuously formed to the opening part.
