Abstract:
To provide a hollow fiber membrane type blood treatment apparatus, small in quantity of residual blood by suppressing the residual blood caused by activation of blood component, and a method for manufacturing the same.
In this blood treatment apparatus containing a hollow fiber membrane bundle, a hydrophilic polymer substance is fixed by covalent binding on the surfaces of the hollow fiber cross section of resin embedding parts of the hollow fiber and the hollow fiber resin cross section which contact with blood.
