Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a module for demonstrating efficiently the performance of two hollow fiber type permselective membrane elements without increasing pressure loss.
SOLUTION: A liquid to be treated which is fed into feed core pipes 5 and 5' of a first and a second elements 4 and 4' through a fluid inlet and outlet 3 and an inner communicating pipe 16 is distributed simultaneously outside the radius direction of respective elements 4 and 4'. At that time, permeated water into hollow fiber layers 6 and 6' of respective elements 4 and 4' is flowed in the hollow fiber layers 6 and 6' and flowed out of a fluid outlet and a fluid inlet 11 and 11' to the outside of a system. On the other hand, a non-permeable liquid is flowed through a clearance 12 between the elements 4 and 4' and a container 2, and drained out of a drain outlet 13 formed on the side face of the container 2.
