PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow operation lever which exhibits good operability and is easy to be manufactured.SOLUTION: A hollow operation lever 4 has a hollow shape formed by mutually joining end parts W1, W2 of a workpiece W which is a flat plate, and also has a bent shape when viewed from an intersecting direction to a junction surface of a junction part 31 joined at the end parts, and the lever can rotate around a support shaft 3. The hollow operation lever includes: a first wall 10 which is arranged on a recessed side of the bent shape and is on an operation surface side for acting rotation force F for rotation; a pair of second walls 20 in which hole parts 21 for inserting the support shaft are coaxially arranged, and which are bent and continue to both ends of the first wall; a third wall 30 which is arranged opposite to the first wall, and connects the pair of second walls through the junction part; and a dent 13 which is formed on a bending part 12 of the bent shape on the first wall and dents along a direction from the first wall to the third wall.
