A connecting part between the joint 60 and the hollow shape material 31 is friction-joined with the rotary body 50 for joining and also, the connecting part between the joint 60 and the hollow shape material 32, too, is friction-joined with the rotary body 50 for joining. In this way, the joining can be executed from one surface side and the overturning work can be unnecessitated.
