Abstract:

To uniformly form plural photosensitive layers having difference components from one another and difference sensitivity spectra even on a hologram substrate having a three-dimensional curvature by forming plural photosensitive layers having photosensitivity for different laser wavelength bands from one another on the principal face of a substrate having a curvature.

A photosensitive layer 3 for red color, barrier layer 4, photosensitive layer 5 for blue color, barrier layer 6, photosensitive layer 7 for green color and protective layer 8 are laminated in this order on a curved substrate 2. Each photosensitive layer 3, 5, 7 for red, blue and green colors consists of a photopolymer containing a sensitizing dye, reaction initiator, chain transfer action agent, polymer binder or the like. The sensitizing dyes and reaction initiators are incorporated in such a manner that the photosensitive layer 3 for red color has enough sensitivity only in the wavelength band of about 600 to 800 nm, that the photosensitive layer 5 for blur color has the enough sensitivity only in the wavelength band of about 400 to 480 nm, and the photosensitive layer 7 for green color has the enough sensitivity only in the wavelength band of about 500 to 550 nm.
