PURPOSE: To record stable hologram in a rotating body, by recording reconstruction hologram in the rotating body which is optically conjugate with holographic beam splitter by way of 4 sets of Fourier transform lesnses or the like.

CONSTITUTION: The conherent light of laser 27 from a modulator 38 radiates a hologram image recorded in a rotating holographic beam splitter 31 in the specified isometric radial part on a spiral orbit. This radiated laser beam flux passes through a Fourier transform lens 33, a page composer 32 which comprises an opening 41 for information constitution to pass first-order diffracted light and a reference light opening to pass zero-order diffracted light, and a Fourier transform lens 34 to be imaged on the focal plane of the lens 34. Therefore, an interference fringe due to clear hologram reconstruction may be stably recorded, regardless of the mechanical vibration of the rotating system and diffusion state of coherent light flux, into a recording body 29, which turns synchronously with a disc 31, located in a position optically conjugate with the disc 31 with respect to the focal plane of the lens 34 by way of Fourier transform lenses 35, 36.
