Abstract:
To provide a hologram reflector which can control the direction or the view range where the display light can be clearly observed and to provide a reflection type liquid crystal display device mounted with the reflector.
In the hologram reflector having a light reflecting layer formed with an adhesive layer on one surface of a volume phase type hologram layer, one or both faces of the hologram layer or the reflective surface of the reflecting layer or one or both faces of the adhesive layer have a fine rugged pattern. The hologram reflector is mounted in the reflection type liquid crystal display device.
