The system is provided with web terminals 5a and 5b, a web server 7 connected to web terminals 5a and 5b via the Internet 9, and a medical customer center 3 provided with a means which transmits and receives information to and from the web server 7 together with images and voice in real time, and plural call keys divided by contents of medical consultation are provided in a page pulled out of a home page displayed on web terminals 5a and 5b. When a call key is clicked, the web server 7 informs the medical customer center 3 that call for a counselor 12 is made, and web servers 5a and 5b and the called counselor 12 can communicate with each other.
