This home-delivery service system comprises an on-vehicle system 31 including an information processing terminal 33 for reading load information from a tag in which at least a load ID that is the identification information of a load to be delivered and the address information of the load to be delivered are displayed, a position detecting means 313 loaded on a carrying vehicle for delivering the load, which detects the position information of the carrying vehicle, and a carrying vehicle communicating means 311 for transmitting the load information and position information to a service center 1; an arrival time reporting server 101 provided in the service center and having an arrival time calculating means 1013 for calculating the arrival predicted time of the load by use of the operation route of the carrying vehicle, the traffic information of the operation route, and the load information and position information transmitted from the on-vehicle system; and a communication server for reporting the arrival predicted time determined by the arrival time calculating means.
