PURPOSE: To prevent mis-operation by other party by registering only a key word from a public line and validating a control signal of a connected device only when the key word is matched with a key word signal from a radio communication equipment.

CONSTITUTION: A control section 24 controlling devices being controlled object such as a bath 34, a key 35 and an air-conditioner 36 with a signal sent via a public line and a signal sent not using the public line is provided with an NCU line section 25 sending/receiving a signal from the public line, a radio control section 29 sending/receiving a signal from a radio communication equipment 21, and a memory section 30 storing a key word. Upon the receipt of a registration request signal via the NCU circuit section 25, the signal sent from the public line is stored in the memory section 30 and when a control request signal is received via the radio control section 29, the control section 24 allows the radio control section 29 to send a key word transmission request signal and controls the devices 34-36 only when the received key word signal is matched with the key word stored in the memory section 30.
