To solve a matter that management of data is difficult when overlapped data exists in a plurality of servers.
Overlapped AV data of a server is merged using attribute information, e.g. EPG information, and displayed for browsing. Furthermore, reproducibility in a client unit is verified for the overlapped AV data and an optimal one is detected and distributed.
