PURPOSE: To perform a pretreatment and a main treatment in one process which have conventionally been carried out separately in a homogenizer for crushing cells in the biochemical and medical fields.

CONSTITUTION: An upper end of an outside blade 1 and a slide bearing 4 are mounted to an outside blade fixing part 3 and an upper part of the inner peripheral surface of the outside blade 1, respectively. An inside blade 2 is connected to the front end of a shaft 5 rotatably engaged with the slide bearing 4, and a power source 6 is connected at the opposite side. In this case, the rotary shaft of the inside blade 2 is so set as to be eccentric to the center line of the cylindrical outside blade 1.
