PURPOSE: To improve operability by facilitating homonym selection by displaying a homonym selection candidate group to intersect with a conversion object character string and selecting a homonym by moving the homonym selection candidate group.

CONSTITUTION: At the time of making an action for converting the conversion object character string 2-1, the character string 2-1 is converted to a homonym which is selected most recently. When the homonym is different from a desired homonym, at the time of making an action for displaying a homonym selection candidate menu 3, the menu 3 is displayed so as to intersect a line 2 including 2-1 with 2-1 as an intersection and at the time of making an action for starting the moving of a menu 2-3, the menu 2-3 moves until the desired homonym is selected. Then, at the time of coinciding with the desired homonym, an action for finishing the movement is made so as to finish the homonym selection.
