Title:
HONEYCOMB CATALYST
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2016073958
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a honeycomb catalyst that is excellent in NOx purification capability as well as that can reduce the water absorption displacement magnitude and suppress the occurrence of cracks.SOLUTION: Provided is a honeycomb catalyst including a honeycomb unit having a plurality of through-pores divided by a partition wall and arranged along a longitudinal direction, in which the honeycomb unit comprises a zeolite and an inorganic binder, and the zeolite satisfies all of the following conditions (A) to (D): (A) the composition ratio SiO/AlOis less than 15 and a CHA structure is provided; (B) 3.5 to 6.0 mass% of Cu is supported with respect to zeolite; (C) the average particle size is 0.05 to 1 μm; and (D) 150 to 350 g/L is contained for the entire honeycomb unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
