Abstract:
PURPOSE: To realize the dressing of a grinding wheel in a honing device, and maintain the excellent working precision.
CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical grinding wheel dressing member 52 is supported by a turning member 40 to the upper part of a work 14. The inner diameter of this grinding wheel dressing member 52 is set to be approximately equal to the working diameter of a grinding wheel 28 in a honing tool 20, and a grinding wheel 54 for dressing the grinding wheel 28 is arranged on the inner surface of the grinding wheel dressing member 52.
