Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent that a coarse working hone stick is brought into with a bore surface to crush breakable primary crystal silicon deposited thereon in finishing honing work so as to decrease breakage rate of the primary crystal silicon.
CONSTITUTION: This device is used for applying coarse honing work and finishing honing work to a bore surface of a high silicon aluminum cylinder block, on which primary clistal silicon is deposited. Arranging diameters for coarse working sticks 5 and finishing working sticks 6 are respectively expanded by an expanding means and meanwhile contracted by elastic members. Elastic members 17, 19 for coarse working sticks 5 and elastic members 16, 18 for finishing working sticks 6 are separately provided as elastic members, and these can independently function.
