A workpiece holder 17 for storing and holding a workpiece W is provided on an oscillating body, which is provided in an oscillatory manner in the three dimensional direction, and is equipped with a tightening spring mechanism 41 for chuckingly support all around the outside circumference of the workpiece W. The tightening spring mechanism 41 chuckingly supports the whole outside circumference of the workpiece W in an attachable and detachable manner by its cylindrical chucking surface 47 expanding and contracting by virtue of the deforming motion of a coil spring 45 in the winding direction caused by its opening/closing unit 46.
