The clamp nut 6 fastened on a guide wall 3 and the clamp ring 16 provided in the inner side of the clamp nut 6 and lapped on a work end part 13 are provided in the clamp 5. The clamp ring 16 supports the clamp nut 6 in a floating state via coil springs 32. A multiplicity of the coil springs 32 are provided at circumferentially equal intervals, and their both ends fit on 50% or more of a length to each recessed part 30 and 31 of the clamp nut 6 and the clamp ring 16.
