Abstract:
To make it possible to improve a process tolerance without damaging a floating function of a jig.SOLUTION: A honing tool 1 is provided with one honing grind stone 6 which can project and retract in a radial direction, and a work-piece holding jig 10 is provided with: a jig base 11; an outer rotary body 13 which is so supported as to be rotatable around a first horizontal axis 12 with respect to the jig base 11 and to be movable along the first horizontal axis 12; an inner rotary body 15 which is so supported as to be rotatable around a second horizontal axis 14, which extends in a direction perpendicular to the first horizontal axis 12 with respect to the outer rotary body 13 and to be movable along the second horizontal axis 14; and a work-piece holder 16 which is fixed to the inner rotary body 15, and which detachably positions and holds a work-piece 50. Further, plural air discharge parts 20, which discharge fluid from a prescribed position in a circumferential direction with respect to the work-piece holder 16 or the inner rotary body 15, are provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
